(This was a custom scenario we made up, there were 3 creatures (rat men) in the centre which had to be killed (the blue/green glass beads) then brought to the centre of the table edge you deployed on. First to get 2 won, if a unit died it came back on not the next turn but the turn after and it was possible to steal from the other armies drop off zone. The pictures uploaded backwards for some reason too)
Bit Cru Sharr’s scouting force was dispatched to investigate a facility with strangely warm lifeforms crawling all over it.
Upon approaching the facility they found strangely deformed creatures with large crystals growing out of them. They were ordered to collect samples and return them to base ASAP. However it would not be an easy task as the Boromites had the same idea.
Mag shots flew through the air as fierce battle ensued between both forces, the Algoryn managed to grab some samples before suffering severe casualties and called for backup, they arrived too late as the Boromites loaded up the creatures into a transport and began to leave. The Algoryn forces made their best attempt to stop them from getting away with the samples but it was too little too late, they had been far too cautious after suffering so many casualties early on.
Sadly they did not manage to collect enough samples to be useful
i like the snow table, and the custom scenario. i have been thinking of doing a ‘player vs. environment’ type game too, where there are 3rd party monsters on the table
Sounds like an interesting scenario!
Keep up the good work
Algoryns pushed back again. The colors in the photo catch the eye.
Well fought Commander. I need to find a quicker solution for them infiltrators…
